Skeletools superior pads are a 1/2 inch of effective foam that works. Then we added 1/16 inch of medium density flexible plastic. These sections are layered between another 1/16 inch of foam. Use these to replace your pads that came with your shorts or to double up if you want. It is up to you. Skeletools gives you the ability to customize.
